This newly rehabbed and designed 3 bedroom, 2 bath is centrally located in the trendy Wicker Park neighborhood. You can easily honor your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy the many award winning restaurants within walking distance.

Please note, the property is located on a very busy intersection. There may be road noise. We have provided white noise machines in every bedroom that mitigates any road noise.

Wicker Park, Chicago, was founded in the mid-1800s as a wealthy residential area with grand homes. By the 20th century, it became a working-class neighborhood. In the 1990s, it experienced gentrification, transforming into a cultural hotspot with a thriving arts scene, trendy shops, and restaurants. Today, it blends historic charm with modern urban living, attracting a diverse, creative community.

Comfy, Central, Convenient

We loved our stay at this Wicker Park gem! The location is unbeatable—right on the corner & just 15 minutes from most downtown attractions. Ubers had no trouble finding us, & there’s quick eats right across the street AND even below the unit (shoutout to Hollywood Grill for the late-night bites!).The space was perfect for our group of 6. The 3 bedrooms gave everyone their own space, AND the beds were super comfy. Rooms sizable for 4 overpacked ladies. The host was incredibly responsive—answered every single 1 of my questions quickly & kindly, no matter how many I had!The neighborhood felt safe, & everything from check-in to check-out was easy. Just a heads-up: the stairs are weak in 2-3 areas a bit, so be careful if you’re lugging bags. Also, the water pressure can vary (probably because of the diner below), but it wasn’t a big deal—just takes a little patience.All in all, a comfortable, convenient, & well-hosted stay. Would definitely book again!

Great space for the city but very noisy

We got this space because of the neighborhood and space for our family. The name "hideaway" is not an accurare description as you are right off I 90 and a major intersection above a 24 hr diner. If noise does not bother you, then its a good place to stay but we could not rest here as a family.

Great place!

My husband, 2 daughters, 2 Son-in-laws and myself traveled to Chicago for a wedding and made it a long weekend. This apartment was awesome! Loved the location. It was clean and very well taken care of. William, the host responded very quickly to every message I sent him. The Hollywood grill below us was a wonderful restaurant and gave us a discount because we were staying upstairs. The street noise a night was really loud and made it hard to sleep. The sound machines in each room did help some. The property description did not say it was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Thank goodness this was not a problem for any of us, but I would definitely make sure people know this. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

We had an amazing time in Chicago! Communication was great, and getting in the apartment was just as described. It was amazing to have a parking spot along with our apartment. We were within 10-15 minute walking distance of so many stores and restaurants. We will definitely revisit!

Christmas Visit to see Family

Very clean with new appliances, cute kitchen and beds were comfy. The location was perfect for visiting our Wicker Park family. Walkable neighborhood. Drove or ubered to the downtown sites. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The host was very responsive. Overall great visit. to any questions.

Great weekend stay

Great place to stay for a weekend in Chicago. Large, clean space and had everything we needed. Easy access location and parking spot was steps away from door. Traffic is very loud outside, but that is Chicago. Had a small issue with hot water when we first arrived but host was responsive and had it fixed later that day.

water pressure issue

overall very good stay and nice place, though the kitchen sink’s water pressure was so low, it got to the point sometimes where it only dripped. similarly in the showers, every so often the water would fade out into nothing and then come back a little while later. the water temperature was also very hard to control, it was either burning hot or freezing cold.

The property was super clean. There was an issue with water pressure in the kitchen and the showers would stop for a few seconds. We reported the problem to the manager and someone came to check on it. I am sure it will be fixed in the future.

Great Property - Great Location

We have family in this area and have stayed at several properties over the years. This one is the best ever. Location is fantastic. Property meets everything in the listing. The 14 cup coffee maker is a crowd pleaser. Proximity to Hollywood Grill is great, we dined there several times. Only issue to report is loss of water pressure from time to time. Would definitely stay here again.
