Very clean unit with very comfortable bedding. The unit is slightly off the beaten path but I loved how quiet it was, esp in a busy city. We did not use pool or hot tub but the gym was very nice and located on the same floor as the unit. This is my second stay with CLoud9 and it was 5-stars again. They even collected a left item and mailed it back to us!

Beautiful unit. Centrally located for easy exploring all of downtown- loop, west loop, south loop, and river north. Just 2 blocks from Union Station for those coming in from the suburbs. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We had them to ourselves for our entire stay!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful property in a nice area of Chicago. Been going to Chicago for years and this has been my favorite place to stay yet. My children loved it (especially the amenities such as the pool conveniently located on the same floor) but it would be an amazing place for a trip with spouse or friends as well. Definitely plan to return!
