Incredible views of the city in an outstanding location! The outdoor patio was the perfect spot to sit with friends and soak in the sights and sounds of Chicago.

We brought our six kids to Chicago for the weekend as well as our new DIL.. the space was perfect for our crew and the location to Michigan ave, river north and oak street was perfect. We hope to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoor space

Nathan & Jake we’re such great hosts!! They were very responsive with my questions leading up to the trip, as well as providing all the necessary information for checking in & out - which was such a great & simple process! The parking spot in the building was an amazing perk, the location was perfect, and the apartment was BEAUTIFUL, exactly as pictured! The front desk staff were also great and super helpful. It is a great place to stay downtown for bigger groups! Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you Nathan & Jake!!!

Great Property

We stayed here for a 5-day family trip, and it was perfect for our group. Great location, safe (building has doorman), comfortable and spacious interior (covered terrace patio was a definite "plus" with beautiful views of the skyline at night), and responsive and accessible owners. Would definitely stay here again!

50th Girls Trip

15 of the most lovely women gathered in Chicago for our 50th era kick off. We chose this property because of location, size and accommodations. Everyone was so pleased with our stay. Highly recommended!!!

Cleanliness was good but not great floors and rugs were a little dirty around the couch area. The host was easy to communicate with. The location was terrific. We loved the balcony and view. The stove burners had issue not all were working. The vacuum did not work.

This is our second time staying in this unit and it has been a wonderful time both stays. Our first time was a year ago and, thus, they were still outfitting the patio area. That area is now complete and was an area we enjoyed most evenings to unwind after a long work day. The entire unit is top notch, clean, and is an elevated stay compared to most rentals. Would highly recommend.

Graduation

We rented this apartment for our family to celebrate our son’s graduation. It was the perfect place for us to be together, enjoy the city and each other. The outdoor space was larger than I imagined, and the indoor floor to ceiling windows allowed for a really special evening together. The owners were responsive to the minor things we needed, and always courteous.We would highly recommend this apartment.

Best Birthday Ever

This property was amazing. Large…clean…designed like a picture out of a magazine. Location was perfect. Me and some of my closest friends slept overnight and enjoyed the location and Chicago. I never knew who beautiful this city was. The best amenities..personal elevator that let you off at the door. Too many things to list. If you want to treat yourself….this is perfect. I am definitely going to stay again real soon. People treat yourself. You only live once.

Elegant and comfortable

There were a few of us needing a place to stay in Chicago for a work event over several days. This unit was the perfect spot for us to unwind after a long day. The unit is comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. Our favorite spot to hang out was the patio, which has a lounge area and a great view of the city. We have stayed at several places in Chicago over the years and this was our favorite. Cannot recommend higher.

Sisters and Daughters Weekend

Nathan and Jake communicated quickly and helpfully to our queries. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Condo is bright and cheerful with plenty of space, particularly in the living room/kitchen area and is tastefully appointed. Location is ideal! We walked to Michigan Avenue, to the river for the Architecture Boat Tour, and to the Art Institute, and enjoyed a delicious and unique dinner at Avec, right across the street from the condo. A couple of things for the hosts to consider: Cleaning was adequate, but not thorough. There was no laundry soap, no Kleenex, no place (that we saw) to leave recyclables, not enough toilet paper to last for our stay, and one broken toilet paper holder— small inconveniences that we are sure Nathan and Jake will address for future guests. We recommend Nathan and Jake’s condo! We were a group of 9 and felt very comfortable in their luxury loft.
