▪️ This property comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 3 guests if needed. Please review the bed/room layout and manage expectations before booking. A Single-sized Cot/Folding Bed and extra beddings should be requested in advance.
▪️We only provide 2 set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth), coffee pods, and other supplies. If you need more, please request in advance. Last minute requests for extra sleeping arrangement, towels, and supplies may take time and occur additional charges.
▪️Regular maintenance services such as pest control may take place during your stay. If you prefer no service during your visit, please let us know in advance.
▪️ We offer add-on services for a fee. Please note that all of these are subject to availability and approval from host. Please inquire prior to booking:

- Early check-in and late check-out

- Stocked Groceries
▪️ Since this unit is located in a building, you may experience occasional noise from neighboring units or the surrounding area. While we do our best to provide a peaceful environment, we encourage guests to consider this before booking.
▪️ The shared washer and dryer are coin-operated. Guests will need to bring their own coins for use.
▪️ All units in the building share one hot water tank. At times, hot water may run out temporarily and will need time to refill before it’s available again.
▪️ The microwave vent is a ductless, recirculating system. While it helps reduce grease and cooking odors, it does not vent air outside. For cooking that produces more smoke or steam, we recommend using the vent fan and opening a nearby window for additional ventilation.

⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 2 small pets. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking inside the property.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $150 replacement fee ; Parking at the wrong spot will be towed ; Unauthorized entry outside the regular check-in/out times may result in additional charges.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (ChargeAutomation). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
