It was a decent place to stay for a couple of days. The rooms were as expected for the price. However, I’m not sure if the area around the hotel was safe.

From afar, this hotel looks nice, unfortunately up close is another story. The facility is a patch job with a DIY special. The curtains where gross and covered in stains. The carpets in the room and hallways where filthy and stained covered. There where greasy had prints all over the room. We had to ask for toilet paper as none was provided. There were several drywall patches in the room and bath that just looked unprofessional. The bathroom door was ghetto and often got stuck, not comforting by the way. The bathroom vent did not work. There was only one staff member running the bar and serving. And to top it all off, they did not honor Orbitz's pricing. I saw a week later that I was charged and extra $150. I do not recommend this hotel.

I did not like that there was an additional deposit fee that had not been returned and that the breakfast option was an additional charge. Also, there was an extremely drunk, aggressive woman yelling all night in the room next to mine for 3 of the 4 days I was there.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very clean and quiet place to stay. The veiw was lovely as well. The building was very easy to navigate and get from our room to the outside with no issues. Will definitely use this hotel next time im in the area!

Our 4-night stay was great. The property and room were clean, and the staff were nice and friendly. We were understanding that there was a bit of a cooling issue due to the high heat and humidity outside, but other than that, everything was pleasant! The area felt safe and plenty of stores and food in the area for variety.

We had a 2 complications. Our room was hot on arrival and when I moved my pillow I found a live spider on the bed. Went down to see what could be done about the room and the manger gave us a new room thankfully. Other than that the hotel is great! Nice little restaurant on the bottom. Nice big pool on the inside. Lots of parking. There is a little market/store on the inside as well. Will most likely come again.
