Overall, a great stay! The property was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, Google assistant to play music, and a towel warmer that made it feel extra cozy. Shops and Restaurants were near by, but still the neighborhood and building were quiet. The only small inconvenience was finding parking since there wasn’t a designated space. I’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent host with good communication & he does some extra things for the guests! The place is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is super nice & he provided coffee, cream & sweeteners. The outside is landscaped and decorated for the season! Overall an excellent place to stay in Chicago! Plus for me was it is close to my daughter’s house!

Our stay was fantastic! David was very accommodating in letting us put our luggage in a safe environment until we were ready to settle in. The entire atmosphere made you feel at home. Everything was very clean and organized. The kitchen was great with all the condiments needed for the Keurig coffee machine. The bathroom was very well stocked with towels and toilet paper. All of the soap, shampoo and conditioner containers were labeled neatly. He also has one of the best looking lawns in the neighborhood. It is obvious he takes pride in this property. We would stay there again given the opportunity. Thanks David for making our stay comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in Chicago.The apartment is clean, well-kept, and located in a very convenient area. It had everything we needed for a quiet and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this house! Spacious and separate three bedrooms is great. Moonwalk cafe is s short walk for breakfast. Bus line nearby. Friendly neighbors and not busy/loud neighborhood. The host is responsive and kept the house clean.
