Extended Stay America - Chicago - Lisle

I have family in Woodridge and Bolingbrook and have been staying in hotels in Bolinbgrook, Naperville, Lisle and Lombard when I visit. Just found this hotel near Rt. 53 and Warrenville Rd. and it is pretty new, clean, great location (near Morton Arboretum), and allowed me to go many places without ever getting on the rip-off Illinois tollway system ;-) The only negative (for some people) is there were dogs throughout the hotel so 2 dogs in the room next door (they barked occasionally) and saw "dog inside" signs on probably 3-4 rooms on my floor. I would recommend. Nothing high-end, just nice, clean and relatively cheap.

When I arrived at 2:30 pm, no one was at the front desk, then she asked if I'd come back after check in at 3 because no rooms were ready, the carpet in hallway was stained and horrible, the beds were both warped and hard, the non smoking room smelled like smoke, the kitchen towels were dirty and after hours assistance is hard because the front desk closes completely down and the front doors are locked. This was the worse extended stay ever. There was no couch or living area. Do not go to this room......

staff very cold and not friendly, if your looking for just a room than its your place

Nice

Brief one-night stay. Friendly staff, below average rooms.

The bed felt like sleeping on a piece of plywood. The entire first night and second day of my 4 day stay there was an alarm going off the entire time in the storage room directly below my room and was finally shut off only after I roamed the halls on all three floors to find the source of the noise and went to the front desk about it. I had a non-smoking room but the room above my room was apparently a smoking room because the smell kept seeping down through the bathroom vent and got so bad by the last night I had to close the bathroom door, leave the vent fan running all night, and throw towels along the bottom of the bathroom door to keep the smell from coming out into the room. Along with all this, part of the bed spread smelled like body odor.

The price was right, the studio suite was clean, comfortable and well apportioned, staff was courteous and it is in a great location with quick interstate access. Highly recommended. I'd stay there again.

Very nice place...staff was friendly, helpful

bed experience motel is not as per i through .

I was in the area for work and it was nice to be able to have some of the conveniences of home.

Quiet and accomodating, brought us extra pillows as we requested.

Maybe I am a little too picky. The room was tidy and the staff friendly.Nothing extraordinary. Did receive a call from the manager on duty shortly after settling in to see how I was doing....nice touch.

The extended stay is perfect for travelers. I found the fridge, utensil and kitchen useful. There were plenty of bath towels, four sets instead of the usual 2 sets.It was great because it was so close to the Metra train to get into Chicago.

All went well, great location by mall and many places to eat and shop. Room was nice and I had no problems
