Il punto di forza di questo appartamento è la posizione centrale, nella piazza del Comune e a 50 metri dalla stazione e dal lungomare. Per il resto molte cose da rivedere.
L'appartamento è situato al 2o piano senza ascensore (non adatto per persone anziane) dell'hotel dell'Orto, con cui condivide il ricevimento e il bar. La pulizia non è assolutamente soddisfacente e i letti non molto comodi; il 2 bagni sono al piano superiore, collegati con una scala un po' scomoda. Mobilio vecchio e molto impolverato, infissi del secolo scorso che non riparano minimamente dal rumore del traffico o degli schiamazzi notturni. Accoglienza inesistente. Sicuramente da apprezzare per la posizione, tutto il resto da rivedere (o da dimenticare).
