Had an amazing and perfect stay at the Nak Nakara in Chiang Rai. Upon check-in I was welcomed with open arms, all of my questions were answered and they also orient you to the lovely town of chiang Rai. They book your excursions for you without a fuss, every one of the staff members is very attentive, kind and warm. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable from the bed to the room temperature. Their excellent service even continued after I checked out as I had left behind a shirt of mine and they mailed it back to me! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Staff is great. Good amenities. Excellent breakfast. Free water and some free snacks. Free bike use. The room was a bit run down and dated. Toilet stinks. No painting on the wall like the picture shows.
Met in driveway by staff who assisted with luggage. Super quick and easy check in. Staff brought luggage to room and gave a pleasant orientation. Later while sitting by the pool staff spontaneously brought complimentary water and fruit platters. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety and staff on hand to meet every need. Wish we had stayed longer just to get pampered some more !
I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 in the morning. This is way too early for check-in so I left my bag with the front desk. When I showed up at 2 to check in, my bag was already in the room. Something simple like this gives me a huge amount of confidence in the staff. In addition the room is very comfortable.
