Vacation

Visited with family, love the scenery, pool, restaurant dining, breakfast and great customer services. However, we booked the "Premier Chalet" but feel the room is a bit run down and need some update and renovation. Also, we booked the massage session, great massage and service but again we feel the place need some upgrade too. Overall was enjoyable stay for a short get away trip.

Nice property in pleasant setting. A ways outside of city so without extensive driving you are limited to what the hotel provides. Restaurant OK but would not want to eat there for many meals.

There are only few equipment in the gym. The swimming is small. It is also very noisy as staff turned on music during work. During our stay, there was an event. Music was very loud and did not stop until 11 pm. No prior notice was given about the event or the music. It was very disappointing as I booked this hotel for tranquility.

The resort is located within a valley half an hour's drive from city centre. We stayed there for four nights. Accommodation: The pool villa was clean, all amenities provided and replenished daily, the bathroom was huge and looked very new, the private pool is small, I guess 10 metres only. There was a lot of privacy given the fences and shrubs. Facilities/Activities: The highlight would have to be the ATV, where we each drove a four-wheeler with a guide taken us from the resort to a wide range of rustic landscapes nearby, including undulant plains, serene lakes, curated forests, and citrus plantations. This is highly recommended. There's a sheep farm where you can feed them fresh grass for free. The resort also provides archery and spa massage. There's a small public pool and a tiny fitness room. Restaurant: We had dinner twice at the hotel because of the rain. The quality was mediocre and a big letdown for us. Breakfast was buffet style (thai and int'l) and only marginally better. Would be more pleased if the chef focussed less on variety and more on quality. The staff also better put in more effort to eliminate flying insects, didn't feel good eating in an insectarium. The campfire site near the restaurant hosts BBQ with a live band performance every night, but we didn't try that. Access: We used taxis and Grab. Taxis usually arrive ~10mins after the reception calls one for us and is very cheap.

Great place to hideaway from the crowds

We’d booked the pool villa which is good for 4 couples. Spacious room and lots of privacy. Food in the restaurant was delicious! Bar was not open though.

Everything you could want and more. Rooms with private pools, deck and amazing views. ATV's, bikes, hikes, sheep farm, archery, rice planting, great food, free mini bar, very accommodating, pick up from room and take you around property, free breakfast, robes, slippers and on and on. Regret not spending more time here. Will definitely bring family back. LOVED IT!
