Had the exceptional opportunity of staying in a rice paddy, okay maybe next to it, with the Four Seasons in Chang Mia. The hotel is located surrounding rice paddies and indigenous jungle. Each day the rice paddies were farmed with hotel guests and we had the opportunity to sit on water buffalo before retreating to the spar and pool area. Luxury in the jungle with a beautiful blend of rural experience in a green jungle. Amazing excursions on bicycles around area to temples and farming communities. Family centric with a home from home feel.

Amazing property! This place was a home away from home. We spent a week with my 2 and 4 year old children and we didn't run out of things to do. Every other day we maid use of the free bicyles with children seats to go around the area and do some discovery with the kida. The pool was perfect and had an adults section so we didn't have to worry too much about the kids making a splash. The staff was amazing! proactive, accomodating and within a few days they knew every one by name and understood what we like! Definitly a place i would recommend.

I loved the pool villa where I stayed! Specially the fact that i could control the water temperature of the pool to warm it! I didnt want to leave the pool! ❤️ Additionally, the restaurants are really nice!!

We had an absolute outstanding and very relaxing stay at Four Season Chiang Mai. It is a super spendid hotel with very nice and super kind service - we enjoyed our stay from the first to the last minute. We had the chance to experience one of the best hotels we have ever been! Thanks again to the whole team! You are outstanding!

The Four Seasons Chiang Mai was one of 4 resorts we stayed at in Thailand. The property was incredibly beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and we were made to feel so very special. I would definitely recommend staying at this resort - you won't be sorry!

The staff were amazing the room was amazing The property a Dream so peacefull and the energy so positive and peaceful we couldn't ask for anything better . The Restaurent was perfect breakfast was amazing we miss it already

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Four Sesons last week while on our honeymoon. Starting from the moment we were warmly greeted by the staff and quickly provided with a bouquet a flowers and a buggie that said "just married" as it was our honeymoon, this resort paid great attention to details. We had several concierge staff members that provided we excellent service but Aom specifically went the extra mile to help us when we had some issues with an upcoming flight. The daily breakfast is amazing and unique and fueled us for our days. It seemed by the first day we were there every staff member we met already knew our names and were extremely polite and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing, beautiful resort that is one of a kind! Hope to come back here one day soon!

When we travel, we always choose a luxury hotel to stay for my love ones are never backpackers. While we did dine at some restaurants of FS hotels worldwide before, we had never stayed at any FS premises. After our recent stay, I can tell you that we have already become FS fans. They are just amazing! The overall feeling was that they were very thoughtful and attentive. When the FS tweet came in asking me about my most memorable moment at FSCM was, I told him / her 'plenty'. We checked in a little after 9:30pm, the process was efficient and courteous. You could sense that they were very ready for us. The team members there were warm and welcoming. Even though their English is limited, you can sense that they genuinely try to have conversations with you. We stayed at a pool villa. It was wonderful! Last time I had that similar feeling was when I stayed at Banyan Tree. The one at FSCM was even better. It was clean, neat, chic, spacious and the AC was strong. I loved the deco a lot especially the high ceiling and hard wood floor. The bed was so comfortable to the point that I didn't want to get up. I also appreciated the mosquito net in the ceiling, electric insect repellents, and repellent sprays to help us keep away from bugs. There is a jacuzzi next to the pool and they would warm it up for us even before we asked (I know it's crazy!). They put more than enough amenities there for us because they know that we will take many showers during the hot days (unlike some hotels that give you 2 Q tips a day). There were plenty of regular and beach towels (poolside) in the villa. Bottles of water were placed here and there (bottles of water on each night stand after the turn out service) to keep us hydrated. They sent us fresh flowers, little notes, fruits (they somehow found out that we love rambutans, they left some for us the next day) and snacks. They learnt about our names and addressed us properly after the first good night's sleep. Before heading to for instance the BF restaurant (btw, amazing views and loved the fact that they provide trendy mixed local fruit juices other than regular boring single-fruit juice, loved their waffles, so crunchy, loved the brilliant idea that they store cheese in the fridge) or spa, they already sent people there waiting for us. It's outrageous! The housekeeping did an awesome job (if they could fill the room with some home scent, it'd even better!). They were efficient and provided high standards of services (see pictures to get a sense of how thoughtful they were)! I was so happy to see my room organized so well every time when I came back. We enjoyed the hotel a great deal. My little one was a big nature lover and she got to plant veggies, bathe and feed the buffalos, and visit the rice museum. Too bad, the weather did not allow us to participate in the rice planting lesson. And yet, we enjoyed the walk and the smell of flowers. My little one also enjoyed the spa, the indoor kids' art and craft activities at the gym, the lessons on local plants and eating them. If they can get some bicycles with training wheels, that'd great! We loved the Italian restaurant so much that we went there for dinner twice. The view was so romantic as we watched the sunset and the drizzles, sounds of downpours and we all loved the cicadas' singing. Food was great and staff members were attentive and thoughtful enough to set up the mosquito repellents for us. It would be nice if we got to see the chefs to thank them for such delightful dinners. There were just so much good things about the hotel. I was especially impressed by the fact that they would come talk to you genuinely asking for advice and areas of improvement. It is not a cheap stay but I think that it was worth every penny!

Excellent service, the hotel's staff really makes you feel at home! The SPA is really worth visting, their traiditional Thai massage is really good, worth the cost of it! The pool area is great, there are 2 pools in which they separate between adults and kids, very good!

At night, there are torches that reflect over the pool and you can lounge on hanging beds and have cocktails. Try the Chiang Mai mule! This is the perfect place for a romantic date. Obvi it's pricey but if u can swing it, it's worth it.
