Peace and quiet

Great location out of the hustle bustle of old town. Good restaurants close by. 15 minute walk to the night market. Kitchen could be stocked better, it’s very sparse. Also it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it so we wiped down the place with disinfecting wipes. Otherwise a really nice quiet place to relax and the rooms were very large. I would stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Chiang Mai, the Sakorn Residence and Hotel should be towards the top of your list. You can walk to many of the sights in the city, and the hotel offers a free breakfast in the mornings. Our room was always clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

The walk to the Night Market needed to walk on a roadside without sidewalks or 5 foot way. Kind of muddy during this rainy season till one reaches that Pedestrian Bridge to the Flower Market.
