Nice spot.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Right near the Taphae Gate, there was just the right amount of action. Number One Massage across the street was excellent. We had a number of services there and could then cross the street and be back at the hotel. Our room was in the fourth floor and there is no elevator which was fine for us but I did think it would pose a problem for some. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There is only one wooden chair though so maybe not a good place to stay if two people plan on hanging out in the room. Pleasant staff.

Had a nice stay at Hotel de Origin. Great location, central to night markets and shopping. Hotel was cozy and clean, rooms were mostly updated, can’t complain... especially for the price!

It was a great place to stay and the staff was terrific. Every accomodation that could be expected was provided, they even packaged me a sandwich to take to the airport the morning that I was flying out. I will definitely stay there again.

A Hidden Gem

Great location just outside main gate to old city and Sunday night market. Hotel doesn't look like much on the outside, but it was fantastic. Staff is so friendly. Breakfast is great. And hotel laundry same day at reasonable price. Room was Clean, updated and spacious. Not much in the way of pool or fitness amenities, but that's not why I chose it. Great value for money.

Great Location

This isn't a fancy hotel but it is just what you need. The staff is very helpful and the location cannot be beat! Well priced and a good value. I stayed here with my husband during a month long trip to Thailand. We stayed at hotels at every price point and I have to say that this hotel while not 5 star was very nice and just what we needed in this particular area.

Wonderful and friendly hotel staff

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful in supporting our stay. They gave amazing advice for alternate shopping and dining areas as well and worked around our schedule for the breakfast times and room cleaning. They also helped us to change rooms prior to our arrival, so that we stayed on the second floor rather than the fourth (no elevator). The location is outstanding and is only 100+m from the Phae Gate and is easily accessible to all of the major markets by foot.

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel, room and staff. They were very helpful at any time with all the help we required. The breakfast was good although not a lot of variety. In any case, very good. The location is unbeatable, close to the old city and the night bazar. We'll definitely repite if we go to Chiang Mai again.

Best value for money

It is one of the best value for money hotels you can get in Bangkok, if you want to be close to the airport. Airport shuttle is also provided per 150 BHT per room per way. A verry new and clean hotel, recommended it.
