Room smelled of smoke BAD and it was supposed to be non smoking. Toilet, shower and floors nasty dirty and had not been cleaned.
They are in the process of remodeling the motel and pool was just finished with the remodel and being filled.
Not a bad stay. The toilet smelled really weird, may have been sulfur in the pipes? Shower was nice though. They also charge extra for micro and fridge, so keep that in mind. Overall an okay place to rest on a road trip.
Room smelled like animal pee. Tons of flies in each room. Staff rolled eyes and became rude when I asked for a different room. Workers looked like drug addicts. Sketchy area. Sketchy people. Right below a loud train overpass. Worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. Very pricy too.
The pool wasn't available and looks dumpy, the staff is nice, the property is older, no free breakfast. There weren't any other places available to stay and this was less expensive than other places. It was good for what I needed - sleep and shower.
It's OK in general because I had just one night stay. Staff is friendly. Cheyenne is a nice place to visit for sure if you drive through the area.
The room was ok. Nothing bad, but nothing great. Was clean, but towels were stained. What made this place really good was the staff. Very friendly and welcoming.
This motel SUCKED!!! The rooms were dirty and smelly. We changed rooms 3 times. 1st Not ready, 2nd not ready again and 3rd AC didn’t work. If the room wasn’t ready in the morning or before check-in time, I can definitely understand. But we checked-in at 9pm, still not ready???? They were in the middle of cleaning the rooms. The motel owners need to train their management people and employees professionally. I know it’s Motel 6 “I get what I paid for” but Have standard for being a business place.
no pillows on one bed, they left empty pillow caess no covers just sheets and throw blankets as covers, with a sheet on top and stains on sheet bed dirty had hair crumbs all over it.
The response from Orbitz when I shortened my stay by one day was denied and with no clear direction. With this I'm done with Orbitz
Horribly run down motel. Shady characters hanging out outside. Did not feel safe for our family traveling cross country with a car full of stuff. Also during the current Covid 19 pandemic, no one wearing masks or caring about/enforcing social distancing. We booked this place and then didn’t even stay due to the conditions. Wasted $90 but we decided better to be safe than sorry.
The 'clean, comfortable room' promise was fulfilled ... I expected no more than that and you delivered. The rating is a bit low because my car was hit in the parking lot overnight and you have no security cameras to identify the culprit.
it was clean and had good staff.also close to major highways and easy to get to
The rooms were clean and nice. The outside was a bit shabby.
The outside of the building looked a bit rough, but the room was clean.
