The beds were just so bad!!!! I can be a pretty hard sleeper but neither I nor my husband could get comfortable enough to sleep. We woke up super sore from the hard mattress!! Also, the water pressure would go in and out during our showers and at one point in my shower the water just shut off for like 10 seconds! The blow dryer in our room was also not working but at that point with a sore back from the mattress and being annoyed with my shower I just finished packing up my things that morning and just left with wet hair. When I went to check out the lady at the front desk checked me out in a hurry even though there was no one else’s in line and she didn’t even ask how my stay was. I did the courtesy of at least telling her the blow dryer in our room was broken so at least the next guest could possibly get a functioning one. I pretty sure we are done with any Marriot chain hotels. The problems seem to be consistent with all their hotels and the beds truly are awful!!!

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was great- close to the highway and close to downtown.

Rude and completely unhelpful check in person - apparently there is “no food in Cheyenne” other than a “Denny’s 10 miles back down the highway.” We got into our room super late at night, and crashed. When we woke up - we saw that there were sunflower seeds all over the floor, and there was mud/dirt/feces on the comforter

Quiet hotel. We went during the pandemic and had the pool and hot tub to ourselves ( a family of 4) and it was fantastic. Pool area was really great.

Definitely one of the better hotels in Cheyenne. It is in a convenient location, has a nice lobby and pool, and nice clean rooms.

We have stayed at many Fairfield Inn and Suites over the years and 2 locations in the past week during Covid-19. We have always had pleasant experiences until This location in Cheyenne. I normally wouldn’t write a review but it was 3 different team members that were aweful brand representatives. There was no soap in stock, no toilet paper and when asked about it on the phone or in person you had very upset team members saying they were the only people on site and not able to support a solution. I’m not sure why they were so angry but when a new day brought the same angry responses to simple questions around breakfast or coffee. The reps stated they have no control over not having breakfast or morning drinks during Covid and to “not blame them”. I can understand no breakfast or refreshments but the attitude wasn’t needed as everyone is working to make the best of a covid atmosphere. I would suggest choosing another hotel in Cheyenne during this time if management Keeps this hotel understaffed. Soap is essential during this time and a proactive team member could find soap in town for the people staying there, get reimbursed or have management create a quick solution.

Rooms are clean. The air conditioning is quiet. The pool area and exercise room are clean and comfortable. I’m a repeat customer :)

This place was nice and very modern. However two suggestions: first off, add fans to the bathrooms. Because I saw one in our bathroom but it wasn’t working. If you take a shower your whole room will be filled with steam. Second, if you come to this hotel request a room on the side of the hotel away from the train. Because there are train tracks directly across from the hotel, and they are being used constantly. The hotel itself was very nice and had a delicious breakfast!

This property is still very new. Very pretty and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful

The staff members made our stay great. We stayed on Christmas eve, staff called around for open restaurants and gave us directions. Super helpful. Room was clean and all around great.

Great staff in New hotel, New furniture, lobby area nice and big. Great for an unscheduled night's rest

Great, clean hotel. Ask for a room not on the train side of the building.

Best breakfast ever. Close to downtown and shopping.

The Fairfield Inn by Mariott was very clean and nice. It was easy to get around Cheyenne, WY. Close to I 25 and easy to get to the shopping areas and restaurants. We in Cheyenne visiting family for the Holiday.

The hotel is new and very nicely done. However, be aware that it sits right next to a busy rail yard. You could hear and feel the rumble of the trains all night. When I asked the staff about the noise he seemed surprised. But when i asked guests the next morning they all said the same thing. Just bring some earplugs or a noise maker

I would recommend this hotel. It was really clean and everything was in great condition

It was wonderful!! The hotel was clean, the staff was kind!
