The location of the hotel is perfect. Right next to a station and so many surrounding things to do and places to eat. The hotel itself had a great and kind staff - truly! Very accommodating.
Beautiful spacious room!
-- While the hotel was advertised as having a bar area/restaurant, both are closed due to COVID (understandably) -- but FYI for other guests! -- Upon entry, my room had a large stain in the bathroom that appeared to be blood or ketchup -- No soap was provided in the room (seems unhygienic during COVID). I was instructed to use body wash out of the container in the shower by the staff. -- Staff was reasonable and kind, and tried to resolve these issues but due to a back-order on soap, etc. -- however, they were not directly resolved. The location served my needs and I know the staff is doing the best that they can. However, as a Marriott Rewards member, I can say this was the most disappointing experience I've had to date with this hotel chain.
Had been going there for years. Place is shabby and there are many signs of neglect. Stained carpets in hallway. First room we were assigned to---light out in the bathroom and AC not working. Second room AC worked terribly and carpet/floor was so dirty that when my wife walked around in white socks they were black at the bottom. Sorry I won't return because room size and value quite good.
the price of parking was high and the heating/ac was extremely loud. So that that it woke us up every time it went on
I did not like it cost $47.50 a night to park your vehicle at a hotel I had already paid to stay at!! If I’m paying good money to stay at a hotel parking should be included. I should not find out about the pay to park once I check in.
