Pillow Partners are proud to present a stunning lodge situated in the Derbyshire countryside. Inside the property is modern, with exposed beams and a log burner (perfect for cold winter nights)
The living room has glass patio doors filling the living room with natural light and show casing the beautiful panoramic views of the Derbyshire countryside.
The open plan kitchen diner with fully equipped kitchen with a double fridge and dishwasher.
The property has two double ensuite bedrooms both with walk in showers. PLEASE NOTE- There is a bath in the master bathroom but due to limited capabilities of the hot water system installed, guests will not be able to get enough hot water for a comfortably warm bath.
Bedroom one is a double and bedroom two is a double and a single. A added feature of a utlity room which has a toilet, washer and a dryer. Outside the property has garden (not enclosed) and space for 2 cars. Need more family space? Located perfectly within close proximity of 2 quaint market towns, Bakewell and Matlock. With easy access to the larger town of Chesterfield, filled with an abundance of activities- Cinema, Bowling, Escape Rooms, Theatres, bars, Restaurants and a variety of shops. The town is famous for its 800 year-old open air market and the unique and unusual 'Crooked Spire' Church.

Site Rules The Lodge is situated on a working farm and with safety in mind we have a few rules in place. Please drive slowly once on the property. There are several families (all very friendly so say hello!) living on the site and we like to keep everyone safe. The grassed area outside The Lodge (blue outline in the above satellite photo) is available for you to use and shared with one other rental property on the site. Apart from the occasional lawnmower it is not used for any farming activity. Any other land outside of this area is private property and not open to guests. There are lakes / large ponds on the estate that do not have any fencing, the nearest ones are only 20m from The Lodge. Please make sure children are supervised when playing outside. As a working farm there are large vehicles in occasional use so, please be careful if you need to leave the marked area. Stationary machinery should not be used or sat on. Please note there is we do not allow the use of EV Car chargers from the property
