Great place on a popular little pond that felt more like a neighborhood than a lake. The fire pit was great, the house was clean and spacious, and the host was available for help when we needed it.

The property is beautifully nestled among trees, offering a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. With the lake right at the back, the setting is both peaceful and picturesque, an ideal place to unwind.The amenities were excellent, and its proximity to nearby stores made everything convenient. The highlight was definitely kayaking on the lake, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Beautiful property!

I spent two nights at this beautiful property with my mom and brother. Spectacular location on a quiet lake. Super clean, fully stocked. Highly recommend! Although if you're going during a heat wave, you should know the AC doesn't quite reach inside the bedrooms, so it can get a little toasty in there.

Amazing modern cabin

Absolutely stunning cabin in the quiet town of Chertsey. We celebrated my birthday with my family and we had plenty of space for everyone. My children loved it and so did I. Would definitely recommend

Girls Weekend

The cottage was beautiful. The lake was quiet and serene. The road to get in there was horrible. Overall we really enjoyed the space once we arrived.

Awesome Chalet

We had a lovely stay. Everything about the property was as advertised. Fully equipped. Beautiful lake setting. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would love to come back next summer!

Beautiful Spot!

Had a lovely week at the chalet. There was a bit of a power issue on the last day, the owner was more than helpful trying to resolve it and we were promptly refunded. Would definitely go back.

An overall good experience

We really enjoyed our stay. The chalet was in good state when we arrived. Although, some of the kitchen hardware like the pans could be upgraded. The BBQ was not clean when we arrived so we spent some time cleaning it, not a big deal though. All the bedrooms were clean and the beds comfy. A really good stay overall!

Great Experience!

We had a great experience staying at this Chalet. The view of the lake was amazing, and the chalet was really clean. Only concern was that there’s no AC on the basement so it was a bit uncomfortable when we sleep and the road going to this location was a bit hard for us, it’s like a roller coaster drive. But other than that, we all enjoyed our stay, it was such an amazing Chalet.

Great place for zen vacation

Beautiful cottage that’s quite secluded, but great for some resourceful vacation. We stayed there with family and we had a great stay. We had a minor issue at the beginning of our stay that was resolved right away. We stayed over the Easter break and the lake was still frozen but it was beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed. Beautiful cottage and wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous secluded lakefront chalet

This was our second time staying here and everything was wonderful. The kitchen is loaded, the accommodations wonderful and the lake spectacular. Over the weekend we had 9 adults and an infant and we had plenty of room to spread out. We also had an excellent meal in town at a lovely local restaurant. We did have one issue after a particularly heavy rainstorm on our last day. The host was very responsive and accommodating at resolving the issue All in all a great summer getaway!

Very nice space for a family weekend getaway

The house was very nice and accurately described. It was spacious and great for my family of 10. We had fun sledding in the back yard and enjoying the hot tub, however we had to shovel the snow from on top and around it in order to access it. Aside from some issues with the dishwasher and getting to the house due to the snowy hills, everything went smoothly and the host was easily accessible.

Wonderful - exceeded our expectations!

We were 10 adults staying at this chalet for the weekend. We had a marvellous time! It was very clean upon arrival, and we were able to find what we needed easily. Comfortable beds and bedding, and modern amenities throughout the chalet. It had a spectacular view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot tub was a great bonus. Don’t forget to review in the description which items you must bring yourself (including soap and shampoo). I was also glad to have a “heads-up” from other reviews regarding the steep, hilly road leading up to the chalet - we were prepared with winter tires and 4WD! We would love to return in the summer in order to take advantage of the lakefront.

Modern cottage, very well-equipped

We spent 4 nights at the cottage in early August 2020. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space for all of us. The cottage was very well equipped, private and spacious. Not sure why the other review said things were missing. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, plenty of entertainment options like games, etc. The hot tub was a life-saver for us given the rain we had that week! The outdoor space is nice, although as mentioned in other reviews, it is a hike to go from the cottage to the fire pit area down to the dock. The fire pit area is beautiful but it’s far from the cottage, so if you have younger kids that go to sleep early, it may be an issue. Also the lake is nice but the bottom is a bit rough and shallow so be careful jumping in. The property manager, Angel Host, was fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. Excellent service! Our biggest concern was with the cleanliness, especially given the current COVID situation. We have provided this feedback to Angel Host so the owners are aware. We thought the cleanliness was below expectations. The cleaners are not doing a thorough job. As an example there are several inches of dust under the bed and on top of the appliances. The upstairs washroom floor was dirty when we arrived. The bbq was dirty. It could definitely use a deep clean and closer monitoring of the cleaning crew after each guest leaves.

Très beau séjour pour mais 65 ans

La chose négative communication juste par texto et la communication en anglais et le manque de coupe à vin il en avait 3 seulement et les manettes qui fonctionnait pas alors pas profiter du foyer Mise à par le reste était parfait je recommanderais le chalet

Un belle rencontre en famille

L’emplacement était adéquat pour répondre à nos besoins. On a beaucoup aimé la fenestration qui offrait une belle lumière dans la maison. Les 4 chambres, les 2 salles de bain étaient très bien. La cuisine était bien équipée. Le salon est cependant petit pour un groupe de 8 personnes. On envisage de relouer pour une autre rencontre.

Un week-end entre amis parfait!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le chalet est magnifique, vraiment propre et si bien localisé en bordure du lac. Nous avons bien profité du quai, du lac pour se baigner, du spa, du coin feu & de l’immense rez-de-chaussée en fin de soirée pour se faire de bonnes bouffes entre amis. Pour un séjour encore plus inoubliable, on aurait rêvé d’un pédalo mais nous avons adoré les 2 kayaks. Merci pour tout :)

Très beau chalet sur petit lac tranquille

Nous étions deux familles avec enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le chalet qui était spacieux et moderne, avec le petit porch recouvert. Nous avons aimé le spa et l’accès direct au quai et petit lac Lili. Très beau paysage. Nous avions apporté nos paddle board et avons apprécié les 2 kayaks à notre disposition, parfait pour famille avec enfants. Apportez des vestes de sécurité pour les enfants. Seuls bémols, il manquait quelques bases pour la cuisine (ex Ouvre-boîte) et l’air climatisé était bruyant. L'hôte a été très réactive à nos questions et a mentionné envoyer un technicien suite à notre séjour.
