Well, where can I start??
First the location on the Expedia app was not right. I mentioned it to the owner, he blamed it on my Canadian phone. Our Indian driver actually had the same “wrong”location on his phone.
After checking in, we went to our room, beautiful room on the 4. Floor with a great balcony, then took the elevator down and got stuck in a pitch black elevator without emergency lights for what sounded forever. Next time we went downstairs, we decided to walk and discovered that the 1.2. And 3. Floor was totally dark and under construction. A worker told us to use the elevator.
Unfortunately, we got stuck in the elevator again. We complained to the front desk and they moved us to a downstairs cottage and they were great.
We booked the resort because it advertised on Expedia that it offered free breakfast buffet, has 2 restaurants and 2 coffee shops, has a spa, hair dryers in the rooms. Nothing was true. There is one restaurant with a huge menu but only 3 items are available. We had breakfast buffet the first morning but it wasn’t available for the 2. Morning. When we checked out, we got charged and were told that they don’t have free breakfast ever thou I showed it to the owner.
There is no 2. Restaurant, not a Spa or coffee shop. It also said managers cocktails every evening, we got one glass of melon juice when we checked in.
Pool area is in bad shape, no pool towels and only a couple of lawn chairs. Water was nice and refreshing.
