The wall of windows brings in natural light while framing sweeping mountain views.
Cozy up by the floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace (available October-April) as you unwind with a movie on the Streaming/Satellite TV.
The round turret dining area seats six, offering a 360° mountain view dining experience, while the kitchen island adds seven additional barstools—perfect for entertaining.
A fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and an oversized pantry (a rare find in Blue Ridge!).

Lower Level:
King Suite – Showcases mountain views, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and Streaming/Satellite TV.
Bunk Room – Features two queen-over-queen bunks, a day bed, and a private bathroom with deck access—ideal for kids or extra guests.

The lower-level entertainment area is built for fun and relaxation, including:
Pool table & barrel-style game table
Gas fireplace & Streaming/Satellite TV

Signed rental agreement & photo ID required after booking
No pets allowed (A $400 fine applies if pets are brought without approval).
No smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, weed, vape, candles, etc.).
Gas fireplaces available October - April only.
Firewood for the outdoor wood fireplace is not provided but can be purchased for delivery through management.
Garage is not available for guest use.

Within the community, guests can enjoy a beautiful waterfall feature and a scenic pondside pavilion, perfect for a peaceful morning coffee, a sunset picnic, or simply taking in nature’s beauty.
The neighborhood’s paved roads provide easy access year-round, making your drive to and from the cabin stress-free.
Located 20-30 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, you’ll be close to Mercier Orchards, Blue Ridge Lake & Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, wineries, and more.

Getting Around:
All roads to the cabin and within the gated community are fully paved, making for easy access in most conditions.
Some inclines and switchbacks exist—we recommend AWD or 4WD, especially during winter months for added safety.
Parking is onsite and accommodates up to 3-4 vehicles. No RVs, trailers, or boats are permitted due to driveway limitations.
