My husband and I had the opportunity to get away to this nicely decorated cabin. We love weekends away at different cabins. I love the way they combined modern decor with a lot of original cabin touches. The wood floors and fireplace were both original and lovely. What a treat to get to stay in such a place. We had some very hard rains while we were there. It sounded so lovely on the roof. It was the perfect weekend away. The host was very attentive during our stay. I would highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Leaf & Log, and I can confidently give it 5 stars! The cabin was extremely clean, cozy, and beautiful, making it the perfect place to relax. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and very well maintained. The most memorable part of the stay was how extremely peaceful it was. It felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle, allowing me to fully unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a gorgeous, comfortable cabin, Leaf & Log is the ideal spot. Highly recommended!

The host checked in with me to make sure my stay was everything I wanted it to be. It was so peaceful and exactly what I needed for my birthday weekend. The cabin is in a great location and everything is well marked so its easy to find!

A beautiful combination of woodsy mountain cabin feelings wth light and airy lakeside retreat vibes. Morning coffee on the porch swing was amazing. The screend in porch was perfect for game night, enjoying the hot tub or a movie.

Thanksgiving Week

We had the most wonderful week at this cabin! It was clean and the perfect size for our family of 6. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill. The kitchen was great size for cooking and moving around. The gas fireplace was easy to use for a cozy game of UNO or a little SEC football, Go Dawgs. The Host checked in with us throughout the week. We had a great week.

Relax at the Log and Leaf

Had a wonderful stay at Log and Leaf! The cabin is beautiful. We loved the upper deck and the mountain view. It was nice to sit in the rockers with coffee and listen to the birds. The lower screened porch is also a great place to relax. Cabin is close to The Pink Pig which has great BBQ and is close to both Blue Ridge and Elijay. We visited Amicacola State Park and climbed to the top of the falls. Amazing!

Such a wonderful stay.

This place was wonderfully done. Great location and ultimately close to so many things. They had everything we needed. We don’t have one bad thing to say. I loved that they had plenty of blankets because we like to layer up at bedtime. We used the hot tub, played games by the fireplace, used the firepit, and had many meals at the home. Very comfortable. Only thing it needed was pens for the games! Would stay again.

We arrived at night, making the drive up the mountain a bit scary. Luckily, our mid-sized SUV handled the narrow road well. There is parking for two vehicles, but it is tight. The view wasn’t great. The Wi-Fi was unstable, which made it hard for me to work. I lost connection several times. Phone reception was also weak, and we lost signal while driving around the area. The famous Pink Pig restaurant is only open from Thursday to Saturday. We couldn’t try it because we were going home on Thursday. The room on the first floor (on the left) got very hot when the heater was on. The other room (on the right) was cozy and had a comfortable temperature. The doors did not close completely, and the locks didn’t work well. The upstairs loft was cozy and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. However, getting to the hot tub was a hassle. You have to leave the main house, go down the stairs, and unlock another door (with a code) to access it. If you forget something in the main house, it can be inconvenient to go back.Overall, we had an okay stay for the three days we were there.

Property was exactly as advertised! Everything looks newly updated and it carried the “Log & Leaf” theme tastefully. Great communication with the host, they helped us out to navigate all the switches for lights and fans as some are a bid hidden lol. The screened in hot tub and lounge area was a great place for us to both relax and get some work done, the mini fridge as a huge bonus. Although there was an interior work space, we spent most of our time enjoying the quiet sounds of nature on both deck spaces. This is definitely a place we will come back to if we find ourselves in this area again. 1 side note: We were thankful to have taken the SUV as there are some really steep inclines and winding curves with blind spots so not sure about taking a sedan up this road!

We liked the cabin. It was comfortable and clean inside. It was well equipped and everything worked. We enjoyed the outdoor porch. The porch furniture was dusted off, but the porch floor was not swept of pollen.The biggest problem was the the hot tub water was a filthy brown color. Not sure hot long since it had been cleaned. Also nothing on the lower level where the hot tub was located had been cleaned. All of the furniture and floors were covered with a thick coat of pollen. Someone should have checked all of this prior to hosting guests.We contacted the management company and they sent someone out to clean the hot tub the next day. However, it was late in the evening before it was warm enough to use. We basically lost 2 days of use.In addition, there were no instructions in the cabin book or the email they sent us giving the wifi password. Also, we had very poor cell service at the location.We were supposed to scan a QR code in their notebook to get the wifi password, but this doesn't work if you don' have wifi. We have never not had this information provided to us in either an email or the instruction book in the cabin.
