Amazing!!

It was the perfect stay! Couldn't ask for better! It was super clean and easy access. Enough room for all my family. My four kids were super comfortable and the shower was hot and needed after a long trip. Washing machine and dryer are new and easy to use! Couldn't ask for a better stay. Wish all apartments were this way!

Good Holiday House at the Mont-St-Michel Bay

- Great location between Mont-St-Michel and Saint-Malo. - You can really use the beach at Cherrueix, however there are some great beaches at Cancale. - Nice big house with garden.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison que nous avions déjà occupé en 2023. La maison est trÚs propre et bien équipée. Vous y trouverez un bel espace vert pour se ressourcer. La plage est à proximité. Merci à Paul pour sa gentillesse ainsi que sa confiance. Nous y reviendrons à nouveau.

Heerlijk huis op 50 m van het strand

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het ruime huis van eigenaar Paul. Het contact met Paul verliep uitstekend via de Vrbo-app. De locatie is heerlijk centraal gelegen tussen Mont Saint-Michel en Cancale-Saint Malo. Het strand ligt op 50 m lopen aan de overkant van de straat, echter het kost wel een kwartier lopen om bij de zee te komen! Mooi breed strand dus! In de omgeving meer dan genoeg te bezoeken en op de gravelbike kun je mooie tochten maken. Voor ieder wat wils. Aanrader voor als je niet midden in de massatoerisme wilt zitten.

WohlfĂŒhlfaktor

Wir haben eine Woche im Haus von Paul gewohnt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Der schöne Garten mit der großen RasenflĂ€che lĂ€dt zum Fußball spielen ein und die Terrasse ist mit Liegen fĂŒr einen sonnigen Tag wie gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr hell mit einer großen Glasfront zum Garten hin. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt (Kaffeemaschine, Sandwich Maker, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher). Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner sind eine Erleichterung fĂŒr den Urlaub mit Kindern. Bei unserer Ankunft war das von uns angefragte Babybett bereits aufgebaut und bezogen. Auch das Kinderbett war bezogen und genĂŒgend HandtĂŒcher lagen bereit. Ein Highlight fĂŒr uns war der ans Badezimmer angrenzende Balkon von dem aus man auch das Meer sehen und hören konnte. Vom Haus zum Strand mit schönem Spielplatz sind es ca. 4 Minuten. Auch gibt es dort ein schönes kleines Restaurant mit direktem Blick auf den Spielplatz und das Meer. Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter und werden auch sicherlich noch mal wiederkommen, wenn wir in dieser Region Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Zeit Paul!

Emplacement maison Ă  30 mn de jolies visites 👍et trĂšs fonctionnelle avec jolie terrasse et grand terrain. Mais dommage que le mĂ©nage laissait Ă  dĂ©sirĂ©, wc sale avec abattant abĂźmĂ© et sale en rdc, vaisselle mal lavĂ©e, murs et portes sales, lit de la chambre Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de celle des enfants super inconfortable, matelas Ă  revoir !!! Nous avons tout relavĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e â˜čPremier jour compliquĂ© mais reste du sejour agreable..

Great location, great space but missing maintenance

The house is spacious, well equipped and have a good layout and a nice garden so it is good for families. Location is also very good however it wasn’t easy to find as the house number was not visible and we couldn’t see it. Some things were defected (for example; toilet seat, armchair, wall mounted light
etc.) however the owner didn’t fix them. With some minor maintenance, it would have made the experience much better, specially with kids. Also the double bed in the second bedroom is not suitable for adults, as it is bending in the middle and make squeaky noise. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and the host was for sure very friendly and was replying very fast to our questions.

Our family enjoyed 2 weeks in this spacious house. The location is very convenient, close to the beach/baye but also a few steps to a beach restaurant and the villages shopping area (bakery, butcher, general shop). The owner is very responsive and nice. The street does nto have too many parking spots, therefore it was convenient to park in the garden.

Des vacances reposantes directement sur la baie du Mont St. Michel

Nous avons passĂ© deux merveilleuses semaines de vacances avec nos deux garçons dans le charmant et calme village de Cherrueix. Pour nous quatre, la maison de vacances trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec un grand jardin et une terrasse sur le toit Ă©tait parfaite pour des vacances reposantes. En raison de l'emplacement au milieu du village, les commerces nĂ©cessaires (boulangerie, boucherie, magasin), la vaste plage et quelques petits restaurants n'Ă©taient qu'Ă  quelques 100 mĂštres. Marcher la courte promenade jusqu'Ă  la boulangerie tous les matins pour acheter de dĂ©licieux croissants pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner et faire un dĂ©tour par la plage Ă©tait tout simplement merveilleux et le dĂ©but parfait de la journĂ©e. L'endroit lui-mĂȘme est un bon point de dĂ©part pour de belles randonnĂ©es Ă  vĂ©lo dans les environs (mĂȘme le Mont Saint-Michel est si facile d'accĂšs) et d'autres destinations phares (Cancale, Saint-Malo, Cap FrĂ©hel, etc.) peuvent ĂȘtre atteintes rapidement en voiture. La communication avec le propriĂ©taire Ă©tait trĂšs bonne et exemplaire, il y avait de trĂšs bons conseils Ă  l'avance et les demandes de renseignements ont Ă©tĂ© traitĂ©es rapidement. Sinon, tout Ă©tait super, nous nous sommes sentis trĂšs Ă  l'aise.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Nord-Bretagne

Gute Lage an der KĂŒste zwischen Saint-Malo und dem Mont-Saint-Michel. Das Dorf ist klein und ruhig, BĂ€cker und Mini-Markt sind aber vor Ort. Das Ferienhaus ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Da wir jeden Tag unterwegs waren, haben wir den etwas pflegebedĂŒrftigen Garten nicht wirklich genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber per Mail war stets freundlich und schnell. Leider hatten wir keine Gelegenheit Paul persönlich kennenzulernen. Die gebuchten Services (BettwĂ€sche, HandtĂŒcher) waren sehr gut, Preis und Leistung insgesamt absolut in Ordnung. Excellent sejour

Excellent séjour dans cette maison bien située entre le mont saint michel et saint malo. Vous pourrez réaliser quelques balades sur la plage situé à moins de 3 min à pied. La commune dispose d'une boulangerie et d'une supérette accessible à pied. Je recommande cette location, la maison est bien agencée, confortable et propre. Merci à Paul. Lounes
