Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room a little small with king bed, but clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Nice place, comfortable, Great showers, close to food and restaurants. Good rates, good breakfast in the morning. Driveway is a little steep for motorcycles but it'll do

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and well decorated. A few paint trim separation issues. But great stay.

Stayed one night prior to taking a ride on the GSMR. Convenient, clean, quiet. Will definitely stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed a great experience at this hotel. The staff members we encountered were very friendly and attentive. The rooms and common areas were very clean and tidy. The hot breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety. I appreciated the attendant letting us (all the patrons in the breakfast area) know that they were getting ready to close the breakfast area and gave is an opportunity to get any last desired items. Have been in a few places were this was not the case. Thank you for the courtesy.

Not a real good experience. 1)When we got up the morning after our stay, I went out to put some luggage in the car at 7:30 am and when I tried to re-enter the credit card room key wouldn't open the entry door. I had to walk all the way back around to the front entry door. When I got back to my room the key would not work at the room door either. 2)It says complimentary breakfast from 7:300 to 9:30., but when we went around front at 9:15 they said everything had been put up (I don't know if they had anything or not). 3)Staff seemed somewhat indifferent indifferent. On the positive side the room was nice, and clean.

Vist cousin, road train.

Breakfast area was small but the food offerings were nice. Good to have a variety. Okay accommodations for the price. Room was very clean, shower was nice. Plenty of towels. Nothing really above average. Access off of highway was good. Room was ready. Only problem was with the booking. Went through [...] and requested non-smoking. Ended up with a smoking room instead. [...]the hotel itself was nice and convenient to what we were doing.

Not a bad little place, we stayed there to go to the casino in Cherokee. Would like to be a little closer it was about 10-15 minutes away but not too bad a drive. Just a basic clean hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The only bad thing was that it was 22 degrees and the heat had been turned off in the room when we arrived.

We got to the hotel early, around 11:00am and they let us go ahead and check in. Rooms are clean and bright. This appears to be a newer hotel, and works and looks great. 24 hour coffee available in lobby, breakfast is a little limited, but it's fee.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. The complementary breakfast had many delicious selections. We stayed here two nights to whitewater raft and other water recreation on the Nantahala River and Fontana Lake. There was no elevator, but it wasn't a hindrance to us. We would definitely stay here again.
