The stay here was great but just know they don't have an elevator so please let front desk know before arriving. The room was very clean and beds comfortable, breakfast option was good and the breakfast was great. Plus it's also very close to the train station which is great only like 3min. away.

This was our second stay here. We had a room booked in Gatlinburg, NC but the places booked was a major disappointment. No heat, poor service. We decided to come back to the Sleep Inn where we had a great experience the night before. The management and workers take great pride in place!! Everything is clean and workers are very friendly.

Clerk who checked us in(think his name was George) was very friendly. Room clean, however the shower floor wasn't. Breakfast area was very busy and had to wait for a table(had gone down earlier for a cup of coffee, then went down about 30 minutes later and same people were still there seemed to have finished their breakfast but continued to take up tables)breakfast was good, lots of choices. Checkout was easy.

The room was basic and useful for what we needed. There was only one chair, which was ok but 2 would have been helpful, but it was a small and basic room. There was conditioner in the shower, but they were out of the shampoo. Again, very basic room and we were not expecting luxury and it served our purposes well. The heat/ac unit worked well and the blackout curtains were great. The staff were very nice and it was a convenient location for our Polar Express adventure. We were able to get to the room and then to our train ride really easily.

I underestimated this place because of the carpet but the room was spotless, first time ever I didn’t see hair on the beds nor bathroom, I like to walk barefoot and carpet was very clean as well, I would recommend this amenity with closed eyes plus is so quiet, I didn’t heard any noise at all, love it.

Everything was excellent! The check-in process was smooth- the lady at the front desk was kind and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. We slept through breakfast so I can't say much about it other than they do provide a breakfast. Checkout was quick and easy. Overall we're very pleased and we'll stay here again, next year.

Very nice and clean place. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Shower great. Breakfast was good with sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, pancakes, plus much more. Quiet. Only thing I wasn’t empressed with was the wifi, it was really slow and I had to sign on multiple times.
