This is a nice property located conventantly between several rivers and towns.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean & the bed was comfy. It was quiet & peaceful. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Peaceful. Large room. Comfortable bed. Beautiful complex.

Great place to stay. Hotel staff very attentive. Misty is great and follows up with email when necessary. Would absolutely stay again!!!

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. Room was clean and comfortable.

Kids loved pool table in room. Complimentary breakfast subpar. Close to hiking. Over all good.

I enjoyed my stay but in winter at least there is not enough to do for me to justify price. The continental breakfast was good but paper plates and plastic silver suggest a place half the cost.

We were up for the polar express. The large 2 room cabin with a king bedroom and 2 queens bedroom worked perfectly for us with grand kids.

Check in is 4:00PM. We arrived about 3:30PM. They said cleaning staff had left for the day and gave us the key. Cleaning of our room had not been finished: Pillows were stacked on the side with no pillow cases, the comforter had red stains on it, coffee cups had not been cleaned, glasses were not in plastic and soap was used in the bath etc.. We are seniors, the hotel has no rooms on the ground floor, no elevators and no phone in the rooms. My wife went downstairs to inform the staff of our room status. They moved us to a different room. This room was clean, thus we began unpacking. The staff returned to tell us this room was promised the next night and we would have to move back to the original room in the morning. We ask if we could just check out. They said yes but would be charged for 2 nights anyway. So we said we would stay. The bed was comfortable but there is considerable road noise all night. The hotel is along side the HWY on a grade. Trucks, cars, cycles are pretty loud. The next day we moved back to the original room as directed. Came in about 2:30 pm. The staff had us wait until they checked to see if the room had been cleaned. It had so we went up. We found that the bed in this room was very noisy, If you moved or got up the box springs made a loud noise that woke the person that wasn't getting up. Between that and the traffic noise, we got very little sleep. We reported it to the staff, the reply was always the same sorry, we'll check into it.

Stayed in a cabin (full kitchen, two bedrooms) overlooking a Walden Pond draped by weeping willow trees. Quiet & relaxing. Next time, will stay in a mountain view cabin on the ridge. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful with plenty of fresh fruit (blueberries & strawberries); fresh baked bagels & breads; & assorted meats & cheese. The Dining Room view was beautiful. Wish we had time for the Clay Tennis Courts & Horse Back Riding & Pool. Miss Debbie was very gracious & attentive to us. Truly enjoyed our time as a family & the "disconnect from technology"...

Enjoyed a relaxing stay in a lodge room. It feels more like a bed and breakfast. A continental is provided.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I made the choice to offer a continental breakfast at last minute instead of a usual bag breakfast offered this time of year. I do hope you understand. Please visit us in season as I am sure you will get a different vibe. Deb Morris
