I stayed over Perfect Haven on a business trip for two nights. Well, the staff is really well mannered and helpful (specially because I could talk to them in Hindi), I only dealt with Gireesh here. Rooms and amenities are average. I stayed in 401 and did not face any mosquito issue or noisy a/c problem, as mentioned by some previous travelers.

The place provides you serviced apartments. Or luxury rooms. All the amenities which you need are present. The domestic helps are really good( girish especially) . Its a good home stay out of home. The complimentary breakfast which they give is yummy. All your needa are well taken care of.

I stayed in Perfect Haven on 2nd and 3rd August. Its a has decent rooms with basic amenities. I had a nice stay there, its location is very central, the food is nice, staff is very hospitable. I had a great experience with this new trainee (Suresh, around 18 years). He was very polite, always had a smile on his face and helped me a lot. I would specially want to thank him and the staff in general for my pleasant stay.

I srayed at perfect haven for US visa interview , excellence location and great service. The place is very safe for single lady like us. People are very professional and trained. Keep up good job,! Rooms are specious. I also like there kitchen facilities. I prepared my own fruit salad for lunch, breakfast was good but little monotonous.

Guest house is ok, but you need to battle with Mosquito's. We reach in night and given room 101 which was in very bad condition full of mosquito's and Ac was sounding like firecrackers. we spend the night restless. next day i was planning to switch to some better hotel and Taj is almost near to that but its only for one more night. So spoken to Manager and they changed our room from 101 to 704 which is at 7th floor. room at 7th floor was much better then 101 almost no mosquito's and Ac is also silent. We decided to stay back and spend another night in 704 which was way comfortable then room 101. Also it is advisable to take a copy of gov Id card as without that you are not allowed to enter into apartment by security. Pros:- 1. Rooms are decent 2. Bathrooms are very clean 3. Staff is good 4. near to embassy 5. Security Cons:- 1. Mosquito's 2. No In-house food. Rest all ok from a guest house prospective.

Perfect and secured place to stay near apollo hospital. I stayed on 2nd Nov for my wife treatment at Apollo. Staffs r well trained and attentive. Location is very posh and greenery all around. But security is like airport, which need to be little flexible. Rooms r clean and property is,nicely maintained.

Stayed here in October 2014 for a night . About the place , well its more like a homestay or a service apartment rather than a hotel. You can chose this option if you are staying for maybe just a day.The rooms were neat and clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean. The food can be eaten outside in the dining area or can also be ordered to your room. We chose to eat inside the room because of the heat outside and the A/C inside. A lot of previous mails talks about the mosquito troubles but the staff have taken that into consideration and taken preventive measures. There was a good knight machine in our room which was continuously switched on because of which we didn't face any trouble.Overall a comfortable stay although a little on the higher side. The food which was served was probably not made there ( not sure) , but still whatever we ordered was really good. Chinese for lunch , Uttapam and masala dosa for snacks and breakfast. The tea served is really good. Good service and is at a decent quiet location as well.

Mosquitoes are everywhere you go once you step inside this large apartment. It took a full bottle of 'Black Hit' to get a decent sleep. It must be noted that this isn't a hotel, but is more like a service apartment. Location is excellent, but there are millions of mosquitoes after your life. I also feel that at Rs. 3000 per night, it is darn expensive especially when you are supposed to hand your life to insects.

We got to stay at the Perfect Haven in Egomore for a week in November 2013. I was visiting Chennai along with my father and we were treated really well during our entire stay here. Basically, all the apartments owned by the management of Perfect Haven are usually 3-4 bedroom apartments where each room is sublet. The common areas are the living room and the dining space. We had a really good experience and had a rate that included breakfast which could be Continental or Indian. On many occasions we ordered lunch and/or dinner which was purchased from the local area restaurants and delivered to us in a reasonable time. During the course of a stay we had to change rooms once because we extended our stay for 2 more nights. The manager Mr. Royson was extremely helpful and even offered a late checkout for us on the day we left. Additionally Mr. Palani took good care of us, especially my aged father. Perfect haven is located on PV Cherian Crest Road and as part of the Tangy Apartment complex. The easiest way to locate the apartment is to ask for the road just adjacent to Ethiraj College. Overall we had a great experience and would encourage anyone to stay here. The rates were very reasonable and the service excellent. Additional tips: I booked my room using where the rates were cheaper than Perfect Havens website. Laundry can be done at an additional charge Since the location is not on the main road you can us one of the service managers if you need a taxi or an auto
