Had so many lies told me at this property it was unreal, i hadn't paid and had to pay again. They have 2 hotels both exactly the same at 2 locations that's why photos are the same. The hotel was completely booked the next day, which it wasn't as i booked again then to be told i could only have a different room at 3x money, i had to pay it as was so tired after arguing the day before and 42k in India can take 2 hours in stop/start traffic and the list of lies goes on!
The hotel itself is great and right by the beach, if you know what to expect and have your own transport brilliant but when i booked a quiet part of Chennai for a dental appointment this is not what i needed. If the trust broken down and i didn't need access to the city id of stayed a week, quiet, no people as remote, perfect relaxing!
No restaurant or place to eat food brought in from the outside.
No WIFI anywhere BUT i was allowed to use reception WIFI for Hotels.com and a Skype call as i had no Indian sim.
Many other lies about facilities too.
Manager helped me book a flight as no WIFI and i paid him the cash but he gave me wrong change. He had helped me after the initial arguing, getting food and beer from outside as i had no transport but when he gave me wrong change there went his tip. Short changed me 100rs but the tip would of been 350!!
Room staff are great!
