with skyscrapers in the background. You’ll love this home with a relaxing ambiance by the landscaped lawn and swimming pool,
with peace and quiet surrounded by verdant greenery and lush nature, yet close to all public amenities. Its great for families
(with kids), large groups or solo adventurers and avid bird watchers in a private and enchanting tropical setting.
An in-house caretaker is available on the property. The owners are available to answer any questions over the phone.
The West Bank Garden Community is a calm, private, relaxing and serene residential neighborhood surrounded by lush
greenery on the banks of a river. The villa is right off the East Coast Road - reached in about a 5 minute's drive.
The township shopping area is also close by with a choice of cafes and restaurants serving cuisines such as North Indian,
South Indian, and continental (Buharis, Lydie's, Kipling's Cafe, Thoondil, Gossip, Sangeetha, Subway, Cafe Coffee day, etc... to name a few).
