Hotel location is conveniently located, just a short walk from Tianfu Square station (Exit E). Staffs are generally helpful and was also kind to safekeep our Taobao parcels. There is also complimentary luggage storage if you are travelling out of the city for a couple of days. Room was clean, hot water comes on quickly (esp helpful for this chilly weather) and water pressure is strong too. Only downside was the lifts, where there are several other hotels in the same building hence the waiting time could take awhile. Nevertheless, given the price and all, we will definitely consider this hotel again when we return to Chengdu.
