The cottage is located on the green road of the estuary 4km from Talmont-sur-Gironde, "one of the most beautiful village in France".
A large 2000m2 plot on the edge of the Juliats awaits you.

The living room has a sofa bed and television.
The rooms, one with a large bed of 160/200 and the other two bed 80/180 with linen sheets.
All this in a beautiful decor of sea bort. As our environment "reeds as far as the eye can see."
The beach has 10km no dangeure and fine sand. Several activities around.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par JoĂ«lle, trĂšs sympathique, disponible et investie. Le gĂźte est impeccable : trĂšs propre, bien entretenu, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, rien ne manque, trĂšs bonne literie.Cependant, nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus par certains points non prĂ©cisĂ©s clairement dans l’annonce.L’accĂšs au jardin n’est pas direct, et la vue sur l’eau est inexistante : le ruisseau se trouve tout au fond du jardin, assez Ă©loignĂ© du gĂźte, contrairement Ă  ce que laisse penser l’annonce.L’accĂšs Ă  la cuisine d’étĂ© nĂ©cessite Ă©galement une demande de clĂ©.La porte d’entrĂ©e donne directement sur une route ; bien qu’on voie cette porte en photo, rien n’indique que la circulation est trĂšs dense en journĂ©e (en haute saison en tout cas). Heureusement, la nuit est calme.Le plus gros problĂšme concerne l’accessibilitĂ©. J’avais signalĂ© la prĂ©sence de la mĂšre de mon Ă©poux, ĂągĂ©e, mais l’escalier intĂ©rieur est trĂšs raide, avec des marches courtes, difficiles mĂȘme pour nous. Elle n’a pas pu l’utiliser pour accĂ©der aux toilettes et Ă  la douche. Il y a des W.C (sans douche) en rez-de-chaussĂ©e, mais il faut passer par l’extĂ©rieur. Sortir la nuit Ă©tait compliquĂ© et risquĂ©, mĂȘme avec une lampe torche, car la porte donne directement sur la route, avec peu d’éclairage. Nous regrettons que ces Ă©lĂ©ments n’aient pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©cisĂ©s.JoĂ«lle reste une excellente hĂŽte, mais il est important d’informer les futurs voyageurs, notamment les personnes ĂągĂ©es ou Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite.J'espĂšre que JoĂ«lle comprendra.
