Reasonably priced hotel close to Crater Lake. The check in service was simple and quick with covid and though rooms are older, they are appointed well and clean. The WiFi reception was lousy but we were in room 11 at the end.

This inn was very clean, cozy, staff was excellent, and it’s nicely located about a half hour drive from Crater Lake. It’s a hidden gem! Will definitely tell all my friends that want to visit Crater Lake. Thank you!!

When I checked in I saw that the winter rates had gone into effect. $50 cheaper that what I was quoted on Orbitz. The management refused to give me the winter rate because they had already paid a fee to Orbitz. My daughter told the desk clerk that she was going to write a review on Yelp, and the desk clerk threatened to not let us stay if she wrote a bad review. On top of that, the machine that programs the key cards was not working and we had to get the clerk to open our rooms every time. Not happy I had to spend $100 more just because they didn’t have their winter rates listed at time of booking

The property was everything I expected for a little motel in the middle of a national forest. Wasn’t the most up to date, and had a limited breakfast but it was perfect for being able to check out Crater Lake.

The chemical smell from the sheets was very strong, offensive and stayed on some clothes for another day.

Was very disappointed in this property given the price for a night's stay. The linens were dingy, the hair dryer did not work and the property borders a highway that disrupted sleep in the AM when the big semi's began to haul their goods. For the price I expected better service and conditions.

We enjoyed our stay! The rooms are a-okay, there's satellite TV, and, outside, there's a picnic table, horseshoes, totem poles, and a vintage firetruck (so lots of charm!). The complimentary breakfast was nice too. I believe this inn is Native owned, and all of the staff members were super friendly.

Spent 5 days and 4 nights in the Crater Lake area. Spent 3 nights at another motel and one at Eagle Crater Lake, both comparably priced. Wish I had made my reservations for 4 nights at Eagle Crater Lake.

The room was small, but clean. We stayed for two nights & were pleased. The room could have used more lighting. Also we would have liked some type of bureau or chest of drawers to put our clothes in to get them out of the way. Since I like to have a drink & cigar in the evening a lawn chair of some kind would have been nice. The benches were nice, but uncomfortable. All in all we enjoyed our stay & will go back.

The room was clean and had the basic necessities. The continental breakfast was more than adequate: they had a nice variety and quantity of food. The people running the place were very nice: the gentleman stocking the breakfast room and doing the cleaning was extremely friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice room with friendly staff. We stayed here when hiking around Crater Lake. The room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. The park is still about 30 to 45 minutes away.

From the new door locks to the new bathroom fixtures, everything looks nice
