this is a very nice four star chain hotel in Chelyabinsk city. Clean, comfortable and good location with breafast. I was having a corner room with a good view by day and night. Recommend this hotel for sure
Execellent service, nice and kind and helpful! They exceeded my expections! The rooms are very clean tidy and organized, and they provide great service. Would recommend anybody for this hotel! Definitely will come back again!
The hotel and staff were generally excellent as I would expect from a Radisson Blu and very much up to the best european standars. The hotel itself is well appointed, the rooms clean and modern. I found the food in the Bavarian themed restaurant, Paulaner Brauhaus, excellent and, to a non German but frequent visitor to Bavaria, seemingly authentic. As a bonus, Bavarian beer is brewed on the premises and is very good indeed. Personally I found the breakfast excellent with a wide variety of food, both hot and cold, bread, fruit, juice, tea and coffee, etc. The young lady who cooked eggs to order was friendly, fast, and the resulting dish very good! As others have said, the wifi was very good throughout the hotel, fast and reliable. Now to the niggles, on the first night the room was very warm and the heating/cooling fan was extremely noisy, so I switched it off. I reported it the next morning and when I returned in the evening found it had been "fixed" by disabling the wall control and thermostat! Now I understand this may be an issue in obtaining replacement parts, and to be fair it didn't create any issues for me as I discovered how to open the window and regulate the room temperature that way, but I do feel, having reported it, I should have been informed. My second niggle was the replenishment of the mini bar in the room (cold water and the occasional snack) which was inconsistent and I was charged for something that wasn't in the mini bar on my day of arrival (it was immediately removed from the bill when I complained). I feel sure if I had phoned reception this would have been addressed immediately, but it was not that big a deal for me so I didn't bother. Nonetheless it is a minor drop in standards and seems to indicate the room staff are not being audited sufficiently. Having said all that I would definitely recommend the hotel to any travellers, I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Russia and Chelyabinsk, and will definitely stay at the hotel during upcoming business trips. I would like in particular to mention the staff who were unfailingly pleasant and helpful, which always makes a hotel stay that little bit special.
Brand-new fresh hotel slightly away from Chelyabinsk downtown. Absolutely business hotel, but would serve individual travelers as there are definitely lack of good modern hotels in town. Spacious hall and bar, quite good service from hotel staff, which is extremely young and friendly (which compensates small mistakes). Rooms are really good, bedding is okay, everything is fresh. A bit of chemical odor in rooms coming probably from cleaning. Also tap water is smelling with chlorine, but I deem it's typical local problem. Breakfast is okay, nothing special though. Paulaner restaurant is quite okay for casual eating. Service is tolerably slow, food is okay, nothing to admire. Prices are high for local level but quite acceptable for guests coming from outside.
Very comfortable and easy to live hotel with very professional team. Everything is just perfect and this quality is not changing since my first visit to Radisson Blu in Chelyabinsk. Good restaurant. All facilities available. Good location. Nice rooms. Nothing really to comment. Good to find the hotel after working day.
I have been staying at the Radisson Blu in Chelyabinsk for 2 months so far ( with a break at home in England) I plan to stay here for possibly another two years ( with rotations at home ) The reason is because of the excellent rooms and friendly/helpful service of the Staff. I have stayed in other regions of Russia, but the people at the Radisson Blu at Chelyabinsk are the best I have encountered.
I came to chelyabinsk for business i booked normal room at Radisson blue , I had issue at ROOM AC , I called the reception Olga was very understanding and very helpful she apologize for that and she shifted me to better room which is bigger and has better view, all the reception team and the room service are very helpful, the speak very good English , the bed very comfortable and the rooms over clean , infact Im surprised with the excellent service at this hotel as this is my fourth trip to Russia and I never received such amazing service like the once I received here, the location of the hotel is amazing very close to Arbat street and very close to one big park, I definitely advice all the people who is planning to visit chelyabinsk to stay at this hotel,
A very pleasant modern hotel on the edge of the city centre. Good service both at reception and in the restaurant (not an area Russian hotels tend to excel in!). Comfortable (and very warm) rooms. And the free internet is very fast - makingnot easy to stay in touch if a long way from home. Definitely the best hotel I have used in my multiple trips to the City.
We had chances to visit Astana in Kazkhstan and Cheyabinsk state in Russia. Each hotesl are especially good for me and had good experiences. Course of my visiting forign country to India, same impression to radisson group.
On my first visit to Russia, business or tourist, and the Radisson Blu did not leave me wanting. Breakfast was very good, dinner was nice, location OK, but the staff were excellent. My early morning check-in after roughly 22 hours awake was very smooth, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Hopefully I can stay here again.
