This modern townhouse is spread over three floors and features five bedrooms with five double beds, accommodating up to twelve guests—making it the perfect place for hosting much-needed get-togethers or celebrations.
As you enter on the ground floor, you'll find yourself in the hallway. Off the hallway is a separate lounge area with comfy sofas for up to ten and a SMART TV. At the back of the house is an open-plan kitchen/dining area with a fully equipped, spacious kitchen and dining table. The kitchen also houses a full-size fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. Sliding doors lead out to a lovely patio area with outdoor seating. There is also a downstairs WC on the ground floor.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms. The first room accommodates two double beds, sleeping up to 4 guests, with an en-suite shower room. The second accommodates a double bed with another en-suite shower room.
On the top floor, you will find the last three bedrooms. The first room accommodates a double bed with an en-suite shower room. The second and third each accommodate a double bed. There is also a main bathroom with a shower over the bath.
We offer free parking for up to three vehicles. There is a rear garage for one car, and we also offer daily parking permits for 5GBP per night per car for up to 2 cars. This will give you street parking in the local area (Cheltenham Zone 1).
