Alex at the front desk was fantastic,friendly and very welcoming and we were also able to park in the underground garage. It’s in the right part of Cheltenham. Close enough to Montpellier, but not so close it’s outside. 20 minute walk from Cheltenham Spa train station, or catch a cab.

The room and bathroom were very clean, as was the hotel in general. Our only disappointment was the standard of service at breakfast; whilst the food was excellent the service left a bit to be desired and the waitress was thoroughly miserable. She appeared to focus on table cleaning around us rather than being attentive to guests’ needs. Thankfully our breakfast was not contaminated by the cleaning fluid that she was using at an adjacent table.
