Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Left me homeless

The booking didn't exist and they didn't tell until I arrived. Even then it took them 2 hours to tell me as they had to pass me on to another person who we couldn't get hold of. Quite frankly ridiculous,
Stayed 1 night in May 2019
