Cheltenham Festivsl Visit

Stayed for 3 nights for the Cheltenham Festival. The apartment is immaculately presented and very clean. The location is excellent, only a very short walk to the centre of Cheltenham. Serra is an excellent host. Communication was really good form booking through to post stay.Would have no hesitation in booking again.post stay.

Very nice flat in a central location

We stayed for a week during the Literary Festival. The flat is on the first floor and has an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner plus a bedroom and a separate bathroom. It is a reasonable size for two people and well equipped. There was one small error in the VRBO listing which shows a tumble dryer picture whereas the flat offers a clothes stand dryer instead. Not a big issue but one to bear in mind. Otherwise we had a great time. The flat is convenient for the High Street end of the town and only a 10 minute walk from the Montpelier area. Lots of pubs and restaurants around the town as well. Our host - Seera - was always helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended.

This apartment is 1st class. Great communication, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, everything you need supplied (and a lot more) and a great location. Would not hesitate to stay there again

Beautiful apartment and great location

This apartment is a great little place to stay. About a 2 minute walk away from town and to local groceries. Serra was an excellent communicator and made check in easy. The WiFi is sound and a great selection of shows/movies available on Netflix/disney. The only complaint I have is the property is advertised as having a washer and dryer, but I did not see a dryer at the property.

Central area

My overall experience was wonderful. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. The only issues I had to work around were most mirrors in the place were placed rather high for my 5'0 stature 😄. The living room/dinning area was perfect for when my local friends came for a visit. I would definitely recommend this place for a single or a couple.

Well-equipped apartment in good location

The apartment is situated in a peaceful area. You always find a parking place around. It is equipped with everything you need for cooking and living and a good starting point for excursions in the Cotswolds - and it is near the centre of Cheltenham. We enjoyed the stay very much.

The floor wasn’t clean when initially checked in, we had to hoover the floor. The kitchen tap kept dripping and my friend couldn’t sleep. The hallway of the whole building is not pleasant when entering and all the recycling boxes are right on the door step plus it always smells of dump on the entry. The neighbour bellow cooked very late on few occasions and they were laud. Otherwise the property was great, shame for the few above points that were quite disappointing. Regards

Apartment is everything you would want for a weekend away . Within walking distance to town centre , clean and everything you need in an apartment with many extras . Host Serra was very helpful and replied to any questions extremely quickly. Next time in Cheltenham this apartment would be my first choice.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Sera's property and it was the perfect location from which to explore the Cotswolds. The flat was immaculate and cozy with every convenience possible. Sera was a tremendous help in terms of information on the area. We would highly recommend her lovely place as the perfect place to stay.

great stay

We had a great stay in Serra's flat. First, before we arrived and even before we booked the place, Serra was always very available, answering all our messages within a few hours (often within the next few minutes!). She was very clear and made us feel very welcome in many ways. The apartment is ideally located, within walking distance from the centre of the town, from parks, -- and from a great pub. Plus, it is a perfect base to explore the Cotswolds. There was absolutely everything we needed in the apartment as far as the appliances are concerned and it was spotlessly clean. Thank you, Serra, for having hugely contributed to this great week in England. Your place will be highly recommended!

Extremely clean although gomii ok act. Plenty of room for two. Well looked after and lots of thoughtful little extras. L I belt weather too which was a bonus. We found plenty y on do.

8 Priory street

The apartment was in an ideal location . We found it clean and well equipped . Serra was very helpful and welcoming and left lots of unexpected extras . We took our dog with us and it was an ideal location for dog walking in the lovely parks close by. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Compact but completely functional

Everything you need and with little extras.....that you always forget to bring.....coffee, herbs, hand soap etc. Very comfortable and lovely fresh linen....makes all the difference. Great communication. We felt looked after. Thank you Serra!
