Very close to a night club which I think we should have been told about

The room is right next door to a full on student night club luckily for me I can sleep through anything but if you can't I do not advise this place as you won't be sleeping at until gone 4am. Also no parking nearby and you can't even pull up outside to offload your stuff so if you're staying here travel light.
