My stay here was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The host went above and beyond in every way. Communication was excellent—friendly, fast, and straightforward. Before I even arrived, they sent over an invaluable welcome manual that covered everything from how to access the property to how to use the appliances and get connected to the Wi-Fi, which made settling in super easy.
On the day of my arrival, my car broke down, and I was delayed. The host was incredibly kind and understanding, didn’t rush me at all, and later checked in to make sure I was okay and had arrived safely. That level of care really meant a lot.
The apartment itself was spotless, exactly as described, and very comfortable. I also appreciated the heads-up about parking. She let me know street parking was available at a fixed day rate price and helped arrange the permit ahead of arrival, which saved me a lot of money and hassle. When I told the host about the car issues, she asked for the new plate number and swapped the car details at no extra cost.
Honestly, it was one of the most stress-free and well-managed short stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend it to others!
