Situated close to the pool and the private marine trail, it is the ideal location for fun and relaxation of all ages. A Perfect Day is a reverse floor living plan with the kitchen, dining nook, living room and master bedroom on the upper level, designed to maximize views. No detail was overlooked in the beautifully appointed modern farmhouse kitchen, including quartz counter tops, counter space seating, a gas stove, an ultra-quiet dishwasher, and a cozy spacious built-in kitchen nook.

Enjoy down time in the living area flooded with natural light. The comfy seating surrounds the 65” 4K hi-def Samsung Smart TV with DirectTV situated over the gas fireplace, a blue-ray DVD player and an extensive video and game collection for movie and game nights at home. French doors off the living area open to a large deck featuring an 8-person dining set and a safely secured propane patio heater, perfect for late-nights under the stars. Step down to the patio encompassed by a pergola to provide comfort and shade (new for 2020). You will have access to a infra-red 3-burner gas grill, fire pit and a comfortable seating area to soak in the sunset vibe. At the end of your perfect day enjoy a drink and relax in a luxury 6-person hot-tub in a secluded first floor patio area.

The large master bedroom, also on the upper floor, features a comfortable king bed, walk-in closet, 6-drawer dresser, and a master bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet room, and plenty of space for towels and personal items. A separate powder room is also available on the main floor for vacationers and guests.

The second bedroom and bunk room are located on the lower level and share a large Jack and Jill bathroom with a bathtub shower. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, a tempurpedic mattress, an in-closet built-in dresser, and a 39” 4k hi-def Smart TV with DirectTV. Walk out the French doors onto a private patio area and hot-tub.

A truly unique feature is the custom designed bunk room for 4. Each spacious bunk is outfitted with its own 32” Smart TV and Xbox One (with access to 100+ games), Twin XL memory foam mattress (also comfortable for adults), and blackout curtains for privacy. This home sports many family-friendly conveniences detailed below in the amenities section.

Located on the lower floor is a modern washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The garage is available for vehicle use, storing pool and beach gear. There is a Tesla wall charger available for your convenience. There is a full sized table tennis and go exploring with the scooters stored in the garage.
