Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Great place to vacation
We had a wonderful time in Lake Chelan at the Grandview. We loved sitting on the dock, going in the hot tub and biking around town.

Nice place to vacation
I would stay again. Condo was very nice. I was disappointed with the check in process however, very unprofessional and lacking knowledge. Not at all accommodating when it came to parking issues. Lots of additional parking spaces Sunday night, and would not extend an additional pass from sun down till check out the following morning. It was very frustrating when we could clearly see there was ample spaces available to park after hours.

Great location and perfect for a first time visit to chelan. Condo could use some updating, bathroom was a little dark. But otherwise it was perfect!! Thank you!
