This third floor condo is beautifully decorated, entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen complete with a large island and stainless steel appliances.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bath, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area.
The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer. This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street. The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Had a wonderful stay with our grandkids, fantastic view of the lake and mountains. So close to town, walked everywhere. Only so-so comment is that the kids said the couch pull out bed was not very comfortable.

Room was great. Toilet flush broke, room unfortunately has a burned butter/ steak old cooked meat smell the whole time we were there. third floor ice maker was broken. Hair dryer in bedroom two was broken. there was one coffee pouch, for multiple days. Grotto hot tub was closed. View was great, air conditioning was great. overall property is getting a bit dilapidated and run down.

We were on 3rd floor Floor above us made a lot of noise in the evenings other than that we thoroughly enjoyed it during the day. Beautiful condo and gorgeous view.

The room was well decorated and spacious, stunning views. The property itself was rundown and in need of TLC. Exterior hallways and Elevators were disgusting and dirty. Location was great and in walking distance to town.
