Chelan Landing offers breathtaking lake, mountain, and pool views in all directions. Every room has full or partial lake views. Each level features outdoor gathering spaces, including a main level wraparound covered porch, an upper-level covered porch, and 3 lower level covered patios. The house is across the street from the Hilltop pool, hot tub, Lakeside Coffee House, firepits, playground park, pickleball, and bocce ball courts. Chelan Landing offers guests privacy, situated between its “Lookout Tower” cottage house (additionally available to rent) and a pocket park. It sits between two pathways down to the marina, beach, basketball court, pickleball courts, and walking trails.

The main level has a spacious open floor plan with abundant natural light and 360-degree views. Large windows and multiple French doors expand the living space outdoors to a covered wraparound porch. Enjoy a cocktail at the kitchen window pass-through bar, relax at the indoor/outdoor fireplace, watch the family swim at the Hilltop pool, or take in the spectacular sunset lake views while grilling or dining alfresco – the wraparound porch embodies the Lookout experience.

The upper level has the home’s most breathtaking views. The king suite has an adjoining covered porch with a sectional sofa and a bar seating area for entertaining or work-from-home. The queen bedroom has a desk, monitor, computer stand, and incredible work-from-home view. The bunkroom has comfortable sleeping spaces for kids and adults. The upper level also features an additional full bathroom and a laundry closet.

The lower level has an expansive media/family room with 2 queen sized sleeper sofas, partial lake views, a kitchenette/wet bar, and dining table for overflow guests, workspace, or games. It has 2 covered walkout patios with 3 convertible picnic tables/benches. It has a king suite with partial lake views, a small covered walkout patio, and large in-suite bathroom. The lower level also features an additional full bathroom.

The home has a modern gourmet kitchen with upgraded Bosch appliances and numerous dining areas. Guests can dine at the kitchen island, kitchen pass-through window bar, main level indoor and outdoor dining tables, lower level dining table, and 3 convertible picnic tables/benches in the covered breezeway patio. The upper level king suite porch is a cozy place to enjoy breakfast and coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Chelan Landing was designed to accommodate “work-from-anywhere” with convenient power access at all indoor/outdoor desk and bar workspaces and incredible views. The home is equipped with 5 smart TVs and high-speed internet to make browsing, streaming, or working as seamless as possible. Chelan Landing has 2 driveway parking spaces and a high-voltage outlet to provide level 2 charging for electric vehicles. There is street parking in front of the home and on the street below. For baby or toddler needs, the house has extra pillows, blankets, a pack-n-play, changing pad, and 2 dining booster seats.
