Rooms need digital alarm clocks. Other than that, they were just fine. Also caution guests about some of the local taxi drivers. I got a ride to the train station and still had to walk for 10 minutes to get there. Then tried to talk me into letting him drive me to the airport!

I cannot say enough about this property... First off the staff is amazing! I would give them all 7 stars if I could. The hotel itself is beautiful and historic, the canals are picturesque, the town is lively and vibrant. What more is there? You definitely want to stay here, you won't regret your stay!

My husband and I travel extensively throughout the year, but we have never had a better hotel experience than the Conservatorium. The hotel's architecture is breathtaking, the rooms are modern and chic and the service is phenomenal. It is centrally located to all of the city's best museums and within walking distance to multiple (fantastic!) restaurants and parks. This is the only hotel we'll be staying in the future when returning to Amsterdam.

Camilla, Wolf, Victor, and other 717 staff members provided simply outstanding customer service, from walking us to nearby restaurants at dusk to drawing diagrams of the tram for easy use to providing the perfect food recommendations. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the hotel's location excellent. We can't wait to return to Amsterdam and 717.
