Room service phone did not work, TVs are outdated and bathroom was clogged Other than that it was okay Loved that it’s very well located

This property is not equipped to handle the amount of people staying here. Peope are running to the pool and beach at 7 a.m. to get lounge chairs bc there are not enough on the property. The dining facilities are not large enough. My party was turned away a few times bc the various reataurants were full or at capacity (only one restaurant takes a reservation which is a scramble to get at 8 a.m. each morning).The room was outdated and needs renovating and new decor. It was hard to get anyone to help with anything. Once, I did connect with someone he/she was nice, polite, and helpful. The hotel is understaffed and needs more lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Exceptional service from the minute I arrived at the reception, desk until the minute I left. I came here as a solo traveler over my birthday. This resort had been on my radar for a few years and I’m so glad I finally booked it - I have traveled the world and it’s such a unique and beautiful space. I have never been one to choose an all inclusive, but the reviews made me want to try it. And I hate to even use that term for a property of this caliber. The food and drinks are incredible. The property is serene and immaculate, and the beach is swimmable and gorgeous. Thanks to everyone. I’ll definitely be back!

This property is not equipped to handle the amount of people staying here. Peope are running to the pool and beach at 7 a.m. to get lounge chairs bc there are not enough on the property. We had an absolutely incredible stay at this El Dorado Royale and couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel special every single day. Itzel at the Cocotal restaurant was so warm, friendly, and welcoming — she always greeted us with a smile and made every meal even more enjoyable. At the pool, Benjamin and Luis were hands-down some of the best bartenders we’ve ever had — fun, energetic, and always keeping the atmosphere lively while making amazing drinks. Cleo, the bartender by the beach, was fantastic and always made sure we were refreshed while enjoying the ocean views. Our room was impeccably clean every day thanks to Estella from room service — we truly appreciated the care and attention she put into making our stay comfortable. Dining was a highlight of our trip. Sergio at the pizza restaurant was incredibly kind and attentive, and Victor at the Santa Fe Restaurant provided outstanding service. A huge shout-out to Roberto at the Cocotal restaurant — he was always happy, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel like valued guests every time we saw him. Overall, we were beyond happy with our experience. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail made our honeymoon unforgettable. We would 100% recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and memorable vacation, and we can’t wait to come back again!
