There was a long line at check in and the kiosk did not allow me to print my boarding passes. The line was long because it was not clear where the kiosk sign in was and everyone was just standing in one long line. Maybe the baggage kiosks were not working for anyone. But, I needed to see a ticket agent because Orbitz made a spelling error on my ticket. I was able to spoke to several agents at united and orbitz. The reservationist spelled the name correctly to me and then made a mistake. I eventually got on board with no problem. It would be good to clearly know who is helping with reservations or baggage at the airline check in.
