Great stay for our family of four! The room was small but cozy and had everything we needed. It was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a convenience store just 2 minutes away. The location is excellent—close to the train station and Tokyo Monorail at Hamamatsucho Station, with Tokyo Tower within walking distance. We'd definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed 4 nights in Tokyo in rainy days because of the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The staffs are kind and helpful all the time. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with variety of foods. The garden was in full bloom with Sakura. The hotel is near Shinagawa train station. Taxis are always waiting in front of the hotel so easy to get to anyplaces. We throughly enjoyed the stay.
