Property conveniently located and staff very nice. But horrible construction and really difficult stairs make it hard to get around. And there are no showers in the bathrooms - just a hand wand in the tub....

Nothing to complain about. The hotel room and facilities are just like how it looks on the photos, if not better! Junior Suite room has a big bed, balcony with forest view, and bathtub. Amazing group of staff. Always greet guests warmly with a smile, and are willing to answer any of your questions. Plus the staff went out of their way to help me with my additional requests: DVD player and extended hours of swimming pool. They for sure did not have to comply, but they did so without hesitation. Breakfast served is organic and healthy a la carte, not greasy buffet junk like in most hotels. Definitely recommended! A+++
