Our stay at Hotel Cozzi was excellent. Check-in was easy. They had very prompt and polite room service. The maids were very nice and everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet was decent and included both eastern and western cuisine, but the congee was specifically notable. There is also a famous Taiwanese breakfast spot across the street in the market (people were line down up around the block everyday). It was called Fuhang Soy Milk and if you want to try a traditional Taiwanese breakfast (that is Michelin rated), I highly recommend.
