We really enjoyed 4 nights in Tokyo in rainy days because of the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The staffs are kind and helpful all the time. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with variety of foods. The garden was in full bloom with Sakura. The hotel is near Shinagawa train station. Taxis are always waiting in front of the hotel so easy to get to anyplaces. We throughly enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our stay there very much and would come back. The property is pretty, the public onsen area was beautiful and comfortable- many different pools inside and outdoors. Temperature was very comfortable. There was sauna and cold plunge. There were bottles with milk and chocolate milk in the fridge to cool off after hot bath. We had a hot spring in the room- was great and recommend highly. Bedding was comfortable. Room was cute. Food was great- we had hot pot entry for dinner- it is elaborate affair with multiple courses and food was beautiful and high quality. Breakfast had two options - western and Japanese and both were excellent. We had a table with ocean view. Service was lively. This was a very pleasant, comfortable and beautiful place to stay. I’m think they renovated the hot spring are and not the rooms( maybe we did not get renovated room), but it was very charming with outdoor hot spring surrounded by bamboo and other plants. It was lovely
