Staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Love the mini bar in the room of snacks and beverages, however coffee should be free at minimum. Loved the Infinity pool in the 10th floor, very relaxing.

Hotel was right in the middle of everything and just a few more minutes away from other popular things. Staff was great and the hotel was beautiful. Of and the massage therapist were amazing. Definitely would recommend it.

An unforgettable experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. Héctor and Hania were incredibly kind and helpful—always attentive and making us feel right at home. I also had a massage with Sandra, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had—so professional and relaxing! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the overall cleanliness and kindness of the entire staff truly stood out. We 100% recommend this place and can’t wait to come back next year.
