Effortless Thank you
Do not like charging for carry on baggage
Had to pay extra for seat assignment, which I was not expecting.
Would have liked to choose seats for the flight rather than being assigned
The only problem I had was a cancelled flight because of a blizzard at home. But the woman who helped us re-book in Dallas was just wonderful. She didn't find anything that helped us avoid an overnight delay, but she tried very hard to do so.
All flights were on time.
Our flight attendant from dallas to fargo was hands down the best, our daughter did nothing but cry from after take off and she offered to take her and walk her down the aisle and sit with her for a bit. She was absolutely amazing!
More space between rows
Didn't like having to pay to ck a bag that I've been able to carry on for years!!
Seats were really uncomfortable
Good short flight. Just don’t understand why I got charged for carry on for each leg of My flight! - $80 for carry on.
Was asleep the duration of my trip. I just got off the night shift & went to the airport.
